What you'll learn
In 21 weeks you'll learn to build production-ready LLM applications, from AI Engineering fundamentals to real cloud deployment, with RAG, tool use, monitoring, and security.
Phase 1: AI Engineering Fundamentals
Weeks 1-6You'll understand what AI Engineering is, how it differs from other technical roles, how LLMs work, and the modern AI stack you'll use during the bootcamp.
- Week 1: Intro to AI Engineering
- Week 2: Python applied to AI
- Week 3: LangChain
- Week 4: Prompt Engineering
- Week 5: FastAPI Fundamentals
- Week 6: FastAPI + LangChain — Phase 1 Project
Phase 2: RAG & Evaluation
Weeks 7-13You'll understand the static-knowledge problem in LLMs, what RAG is, how embeddings work, and basic chunking. You'll build your first end-to-end RAG flow.
- Week 7: Introduction to RAG
- Week 8: Vector Databases (ChromaDB)
- Week 9: Intermediate RAG
- Week 10: Tool Use & Function Calling
- Week 11: Evaluation & Testing
- Week 12: Phase 2 Project — Documentation Q&A (Build)
- Week 13: Phase 2 Project — Documentation Q&A (Polish)
Phase 3: Production
Weeks 14-21You'll containerize your Phase 2 application with Docker: Dockerfiles for AI apps, images and containers, Docker Compose for multi-container, and environment configuration.
- Week 14: Dockerization of AI Applications
- Week 15: Cloud-Style Deployment (LocalStack)
- Week 16: Monitoring & Observability
- Week 17: Cost Optimization & Caching
- Week 18: Security & Hardening
- Week 19: Integrations (Slack, Discord, Notion)
- Week 20: System Design & Scaling
- Week 21: Capstone Project

Everything you need to know
We answer the most common questions about the bootcamp.
What are the minimum requirements?
You need a programming foundation in Python or JavaScript and basic knowledge of how APIs work. No prior AI experience or advanced math background is required.
Are the live sessions recorded?
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and edited, and you can watch them from your dashboard on NIEVA.
Is the bootcamp 100% online?
Yes. It's fully remote and you can join from anywhere. You only need a browser and an internet connection.
What language is the content in?
All content is in Latin American Spanish. The tools and resources are explained in Spanish, although some external documentation is in English.
Is it enough to get a job in AI?
We don't promise employment, and that's intentional. What we do promise is that you'll finish with real deployed projects, direct feedback, and a portfolio you can show. We've seen students use it to change careers, get promotions, and build their own products.
What if I can't attend a live session?
No problem. You'll be able to watch the recording, download the materials, and keep pace with the group. You'll also have access to the support channel to resolve questions.
Can I access the materials after finishing the bootcamp?
Yes. You'll have access to the guides, recordings, and resources for 1 additional year after finishing the bootcamp, as long as all invoices are paid if you chose the payment plan.
Will I get feedback on my deliverables?
Yes. You'll receive general feedback on your progress and your final project through the bootcamp's messaging channel.
